I did find this list if it is any help: Zappa (84 books) If you are tempted by the Watson book you will want to read this by Mike Keneally at the same time: The Poodle Bites! I can honestly say I'm struggling to remember much of anything about the other four. I certainly enjoyed the Chevalier book when it was released. and Viva! Zappa are quite old now, so only cover things up to the early 80s. Still, it was a great effort in its day, all the more impressive given that the authors are not natural English-speakers.ĪRF: Bibliography: Torchum Never Stops. I seem to remember reading here, or elsewhere, that there are numerous errors in the books. The Torchum books were a four-volume compendium of discographies covering all formats and bootlegs put together by a bunch of German fans.
